1. 1 ⏱️ Punctual transitionsVacate the court exactly when your time slot ends so the next booking can start on time.
2. 2 🛑 No mid-game extensionsStop playing immediately when your time is up, even if the match is not finished.
3. 3 🔄 One-time reschedulingA reservation may be rescheduled only once and at least 2 hours before its original time slot. Otherwise, the booking is forfeited.
4. 4 🚫 No cancellations after confirmationOnce a booking is confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. The one-time rescheduling rule above is the only permitted change.
5. 5 👥 8 players included per courtStarting with the 9th player, an additional ₱100 per player applies to that court booking.
6. 6 👟 Proper footwear onlyWear clean, non-marking athletic court shoes. Sandals, boots, and bare feet are not permitted.
